A little bit about us

AGvice maybe a small Agricultural Consultancy business but we are big on care. We care about the people we work with, the staff who work within those businesses and the livestock that we help look after. A combination of grass roots farming and experience across non farming sectors give AGvice a unique perspective into the challenges of modern day agriculture.

Swift Response

We are always just a call away, whenever you need us most! We're ready to give you the support you need.

Friendly Service

You can speak to the same people each time - you won't get passed from pillar to post!

Strong Relationships

You're not dealing with a huge company, you're dealing with a small team who will get to know you.

Agricultural Experience

We come from farming backgrounds, so understand the farming world and it's struggles.
Coming from a farming background, we understand how difficult and frustrating it is to keep up with all the new legislation and red tape. At AGvice we work hard to make this a simpler process, leaving you more time to Farm, rather than endless paperwork and reports!

Our Team

AGvice maybe a small Ag Consultancy business but we are big on care. We care about the Farmers we work with, the staff who work within those businesses and work hard to become part of your team!

Evie Gubb

Having studied for a management degree in 2020, Evie has always had a passion for agriculture from an early age. The family dairy farm is where you would often find her in her spare time. Since finishing university, Evie has been looking for opportunities within the dairy sector and identified the lack of cohesion between the HSE and Dairy Farmers whilst milking cows on a local dairy unit in her spare time. Evie has since completed her National
Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) in order to gain the necessary legislative understanding and hopes to now combine the theory with the practical challenges faced on UK farms. She can’t wait to bring innovation, understanding and ultimately a change in culture to help keep the UK livestock industry safer and healthier. When Evie is not Health and Safetying you will either find her in the parlour milking cows or
out walking with Nelly.

Andy Gubb

Having been born into a first generation dairy farming family, Andy always wanted to work with dairy cows – but you don’t always get what you wish for. Having graduated from Nottingham University with an Agricultural degree he spent 3 years working with ADAS in the South West dairy team before spending 15 years outside the industry. The dairy bug never left and in 2015 an opportunity to make a comeback arose. AGvice was born 2 years later and now he is lucky enough to be able to work with a small group of fantastic dairy farming clients as well as working closely with the Kite Dairy team delivering group benchmarking work for many of the UK’s foremost processors and retailers. Quite simply, he loves his job and the people who work within the amazing industry.
